technology and business entrepreneur, extreme adventurist, philanthropist, lecturer, and author. He holds a Greek citizenship and he’s a US permanent resident.

Dr. Georgios Ardavanis is an international award-winning engineering executive, technology and business entrepreneur, extreme adventurist, philanthropist, lecturer, and author. He holds Greek citizenship and is an American and French permanent resident.

Dr. Ardavanis studied at Protypos Evangelical School of Smyrna in Athens, Greece, and the National Conservatory. Upon graduation, he was trained and worked as a naval officer in the Greek Navy. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in electrical engineering from Villanova University (USA), a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA), an Advanced Executive Certificate in Engineering Management from MIT (USA), and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the Technical University in Sofia (BG). Also, he attended post-graduate studies for the Newly Industrialized Asian Economies at Columbia University (USA).

Dr. Ardavanis is an inspiring and aggressive executive engineering manager with high moral standards, strong leadership, energy, and the drive necessary to deliver business objectives on schedule and within budget. He has over 30 years of proven record in engineering, including R&D, systems architecture and integration, and management on complex programs/projects. He has extensive working experience with private and government contracts, a broad understanding and application of statistics and risk assessment tools, manufacturing experience, direct experience with internal and external audits and corrective action follow-up, and strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Dr. Ardavanis has taught financial management, macroeconomics, portfolio management, and fundamental and technical analysis as visiting professor at the University of Indianapolis (Athens campus, in Greece); and the City University of Seattle (Sofia campus, in Bulgaria). He has organized many workshops in Investment analysis, engineering management, and systems engineering analysis.
Dr. Ardavanis served in the Greek Navy as a Naval Officer from 1976 to 1977.

Dr. Ardavanis is an extreme sportsman with significant achievements in ocean rowing, ultra cycling, ultra marathons, alpinism, and endurance events.

Dr. Ardavanis has supported the Autistic Society of Trinidad, Mother Teresa’s orphanage in Agra, India, and personal philanthropies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Ardavanis is the author of numerous papers and books in engineering, management, social studies, finance, and investment.
